1. Processing & Handcrafting Time

Because each of our pieces is handcrafted to order, please allow for a production window before your item is shipped:

• Ready-to-Wear Collection: 2–4 business days.

• Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: 2–3 weeks (depending on the complexity of the design).

• Note: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your jewelry leaves our studio.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer secure, insured shipping to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days ($15.00 or Free on orders over $500).

• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days ($35.00).

• International Shipping: 7–14 business days (Rates calculated at checkout).

3. Secure Packaging & Insurance

Your security is our priority. All shipments are:

• Fully Insured: Covered for their full value during transit.

• Discreetly Packaged: To prevent theft and maintain the surprise, our outer boxes do not mention "diamonds" or "jewelry."

• Signature Required: For your protection, all orders over $300 require an adult signature upon delivery.

4. International Orders (Duties & Taxes)

For our international customers, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can also log in to your account on our website to check your order status at any time.
